The norea box washing machine is specially designed for cleaning plastic boxes used in the transportation of meat and offal within slaughterhouses and food industries. The system operates with the boxes suspended on hooks in the norea, ensuring a continuous and automated flow, making it ideal for high-volume production lines.

Washing is carried out through high-pressure spray nozzles strategically positioned to clean all sides of the box—interior, exterior, top, and bottom—ensuring the efficient removal of residues, fats, and impurities. The equipment may include pre-wash, main wash, and final rinse stages, with or without detergent.

The system is complemented by residue filters, water heating (electric or steam), recirculation tanks, and temperature and pressure control, optimizing resource consumption and ensuring process efficiency.
