Fish Filleting Table with Triple Conveyor Belts
The fish filleting table with three overlapping conveyors is designed to optimize workflow in fish processing lines, offering greater efficiency, organization, and hygiene.
Fully built in AISI 304 stainless steel, this equipment is ideal for sanitary-critical environments such as fish processing plants, slaughterhouses, and fishing cooperatives.
The system consists of three conveyor belts arranged at different levels:
• Middle-level belt (central): receives fish in boxes, which are brought to the operators. Each operator pulls a box to their workstation for processing.
• Lower belt: dedicated to waste disposal (bones, skin, viscera). The operator discards residues directly onto this belt, which automatically carries them to the disposal area.
• Upper belt: used to transport finished fillets. After cutting, the operator places the fillets in boxes on this belt, which sends them to the next stage (packaging, inspection, etc.).
